My Leaky Mug ships via USPS. Standard rates given at a time of checked out are based on weight and location (Zip Code).
Free Shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.

Return and Refund Policy

Our commitment is to the highest quality and customer service. If you, the customer make a mistake in ordering, or if we at My Leaky Mug make a mistake in processing your order, we will make it right. However, there are some conditions for Returns or Exchanges. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on opened products. All Claims for damaged/lost goods or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
